I'm telling you that Kenyatech is not doing anything fishy. They simply snag expired domains.
I mentioned before that I had one that I needed really bad and they snagged it up. If you play them right, they are very easy to deal with and you will have the domain back in a day or two. I don't want to sound negative, but looking at the whois info and how it changed, it looks like they snagged it fair and square. DirectNic will tell you there is nothing they can do.
