Yeah.. There are so many ways for him to go down there and live cheaply for the first week or two until payday. If it's that desperate I'm sure there are caravan parks and really low rent places to bear with for that space of time.
Also wouldn't one of you have to go there first anyway to look for real places to live and sign leases before the rest of the family moves?
Can't get a credit card with a 2k limit to life off very temporarily? Don't have 2k worth of stuff to sell if it's that desperate?
