Fusker sites live off being illegal (coypright theft). Just like warez and CP sites.
If sponsors wouldn't support Fusker sites, not very many would be around. Which would mean that webmasters could spend their bandwidth on more useful things, like making more money.
Not all webmasters are protected against them either. So those webmasters could spend their time on more useful things, like making more money.
