This guy is no victim. He made a bad choice hanging out with a bad guy and he's suffering the consequences. And who knows what went on before that, he may have actually been cheering his buddy the driver on until they got caught, we will never know.

I usually agree with you and it is an ongoing investigation, but from what i saw this morning it looked as though the officer shot him for doing exactly as he was told.
