If you are in a college town, if you know what you are doing, and how to recruit, you will have more than enough hunnies contacting you all the time.
As for agents, and such. I do not deal with them. I have had them contact me any number of times, and people who want to be the middle man, or whatever. We stick to the business model, no matter how hot the girl is. This is what we do, and what we pay. Period. If they don't like it, keep steppin.
We have budgets, and we are not going to blow them for some girl who's marginally better looking dealing with agents, and fees. Fuck that!

We kind of work that way too...
But we found the newspapers first attract the attention of men. And men wanting their chance to be in porn will jump through hoops. So we tell them to bring a girl and we use them together in a blow job video or a 2 male on 1 girl scene. (But we don't pay him untill his wood is proven good.)
After that....
Just like you, "this is the job and this is how much it pays." Take it or leave it. I don't have a problem with agents, but it's a flat fee and we talk to the girl.
And if I'm dealing with an agent and I have a girl flake. I expect to be able to pick up the phone and say, "The job pays this amount and send over somoene."
