My heart goes out to that child. Whomever put that baby in the bag to die in a river deserves to be hung by their privates.

+ Seeing that the child seemed dressed well - meaning not in rags when taken out of the bag, I'm wondering if the baby was kidnapped or in some robbery and dumped in the river....
