Honestly, this was part of my initial weight gain, that and sodas.
I would skip breakfast, sometimes eat lunch, and then eat dinner.
I wasn't trying to deprive myself I just got busy.
What this forced me to do was my initial bad decision of not sitting down and eating breakfast, forced more bad decisions through out the day.
For lunc if I was really hungry I would grab something quick and unhealthy like a burger, or snack on chips etc.
dinner would roll around and I could eat a normal dinner, but the damage is done.
Or what else would happen is if I ended up being up late at night hunger would kick in again and rightfully so. So I'd end up having one of those skipped meals right before bed time.
Now, this was part of my initial weight gain. I was never over 200 pounds, the weight I have gained since then is because of the bad habits I created during this time continuing to carry over until now...things like constant snacking, eating unhealthy foods at bad times etc.
