Everyone seems to be missing his point, yet commenting only on the ugly skin portion.
Pretty much like I figured, you can get away with anything around here as long as you either show others your spending money or give away something. Hell I am pretty sure it would be ok to rape peoples grandmas as long as you gave them ipods.
