Yes, many gateways offer support for UNIX systems and not Windows .. its a pain to be sure however there are alternative options. You can try something like
http://www.flicks.com/ provides then use a reliable gateway like Netbilling that its compatible with.
There are some exceptions to the types of adult accounts the US banks will allow but I'd be more than happy to discuss these with you. They definately have great rates!
