Idiots in traffic can quickly drain my generally ample patience too. The 3 things that people around here do most that drives me nuts are:

1) We have a service road that runs along most of the highway that runs through most of the city. There are many small accesses along it near shops/restaurants/etc. where you can either turn right onto the highway and head west or cross over the highway to turn left to go east. At least once everytime I am heading west along the highway (I live west of all the stores) there will be someone sitting in the access looking west (right) then turn in front of me never having looked left at the oncoming traffic. It's almost like they were only interested in what they could have hit before pulling out. Of course they are usually on a cell phone.

2) The same accesses have lanes for 3 cars. One making a right turn, one making a left turn and one turning from the highway onto the service road. It blows my mind how many times I have pulled up into the right-turn lane (with blinkers on), someone will pull up into the left-turn lane and as soon as there is a space in the traffic they will gun it and make a right turn across in front of me.

3) And of course there is the idiot in the next lane that adjusts speed and stays even with your back bumper for blocks who is ignoring the fact that you have your blinker on and keep looking over your shoulder wanting to change lanes and is the only vehicle preventing you from doing so. Then when you finally break the speed limit to clear him and swap lanes he immediately (and without blinkers) swaps to the lane you came from

The only thing in a non-traffic setting that really blows my patience is when someone asks me to do what should be a fairly easy/brief favor for them, I agree, then they proceed to interfere and unneccessarily turn it into an all-day ordeal
