No its truly not Greg. Misguided wealth is the root of all evil and excess money can become as nightmarish for your destiny as not having money. It can addict your soul with massive self indulgence tendencies that you will come to eventually realize is against the Universal Laws of responsibility for the welfare of your fellow man when you are blessed with an abundance of good fortune.
Its only when great wealth is used to achieve the bettering of others lives that peace of mind and genuine happiness can be achieved from that wealth.
