My money is absolutely on the hook noses. The whole world is into them for every penny they've got and then some. That's how the Jews have stayed in power for thousands of years.
If Israel decided to, they could level every last inch of Palestine and any other Muslim country they chose to, then use their sway in the media and Hollywood to make it look like they were the victims and the heros. Shit, Spielberg would probably figure out a way to connect it to the Holocaust and do a movie on it.
