Hi, Steffie...You two picked a great day for an anniversary.....mainly because today is my birthday...

So, congratulations on your marriage....

I'm sorry to hear you two had a quarrel on this day of days...celebrating the day you got married, to me, is one of the bigger holidays.....

It's not that I'd need a whole lot of presents...acknowledgement is enough.....kisses and hugs are cool.

Leave him a note on the front door....if the fight is your fault:

"Dear Hubby:
While I realise you are not happy with me, please leave our argument at the door for today. We have been married for three years now and I would like to celebrate with you. We can resume the fight tomorrow."

If the fight is his fault:

"Dear Hubby:
Today is our anniversary. I am no longer mad at you. When you open the door, remember that today, three years ago, we celebrated our love by getting married. I have lots of hugs and kisses for you."

It's never fun fighting with a loved one. :-(
