Work is work.
I've seen plenty of relationships destroyed by stress that one person couldn't leave behind when going home. As long as work is work and stays seperated from personal matters, I don't see what the problem is. I wouldn't have any problem dating a porn chick.
Also, adult performers are cleaner than the general population - some drunk slut you pick up in a bar is likely not going to be regularly tested, and only have sex with others who are regularly tested.
