I have always dealt with the canadian winter by coming to Florida which is where Tanker and I are at this moment.
I always get fat when I stay in Canada for the winter. It is a given. It is too cold to go for a walk it is too cold to go to the gym and get all sweaty and then go back out into the cold, it is way to cold to do anything that involves outside.
I get brave a couple times and go for the odd hike on days when it is snowy but not cold but I have learned that it is best for my health and waist line to migrate south. check out pics from our road trip here Ram:
