Sorry man...too late for broken english.
And no it's not just me. Take a look at threads 2 years ago asking for gallery designers and you had like 4-5 people involved..most big design companies didn't want to have anything to do with them...I never counted the outsourcing companies..LOL.
Now you have anyone and everyone who is trying to make cash on the side opening up their own design shop...LOL.
Not bashing, just noticing the glut.
