Look, to me if it's a good book or movie, I could care lesss if they sell fiction as non-fiction. It makes no difference in the outcome of my life.

Good job Frey, I think you shouldn't make a single damn apology. You read a book that Oprah loved, that's what matters. Lots of people loved your book dude.
