Steve LightSpeed said, rather than looking for an "IPOD affiliate program" check your current Sponsors, if they aren't currently offering IPOD/PSP/CELL/PDA etc formatted content (combined with or in adddition to rss feeds) they will/should be soon. ..or they might not even have to if they build a formatter into the devices themself or it's bundled with the download.
