I HIGHLY doubt this girl signed anything but a standard model release which gave the photographer the right to do whatever he/she wanted to do with the photos. Let the model produce any correspondence she had with the photographer limiting the usage of the content to ONE calendar - let her produce the model release that she says has been altered.

Amen! I don't see anywhere that says she's in adult, a pornstar, or a monkey's uncle's sister.
And the original poster said the model release says nothing about special circumstances. I'm sure that if it did they'd have removed the content. And probably would have if ePassporte had simply asked nicely with respect, instead of demanding. Egos do very very bad things to businesses.
WISHING a special model release had been signed (after the fact) does not make it so.
