I am posting now as my attorney has been out of country until recently. Since his return I talked with him about suing Playboy (as they apparently now own this board) TexasDreams, Dig420, and Translation but (while acknowledging that I have a case) after explaining to me the estimated cost, time, etc. and the fact that I would have a difficult time proving damages (thus even if I won I would probably not collect much more than an apology)...I will not be persuing a law suit.

I will also not be posting on a board where one can freely be called a "scammer" and other lies can be freely told about one.
