Actually, legally, unless the model release specifies exactly where the photos can be used, if it's a general release, it doesn't matter where the girl was TOLD the photos would go, they belong to the person who shot them and is the other party of the release. She legally wouldn't have a leg to stand on, and it would be her own fault for not reading the release properly. Her ONLY recourse would be to sue the person who shot the content and prove in some way that she was under "duress" to sign the document (mentally incompetant, on drugs or alcohol, etc), and to have the document nullified in a court of law.
