Actually, our decision not to open an account with them has nothing to do with the complaints, drama or "lack of praise" (I could care less, as all situations are different). I usually base my decisions on how the company in question handles the situation, which IMO has been somewhat lacking thusfar. To make a statement that "threads like this don't actually affect the company" is sheer lunacy. The truth is, you have no idea how this is affecting others who read this and are still in the process of deciding whether or not to do business with epassporte. Business
is business, which means that (at least in mainstream) it is a game of alliances and calculated risk where reliability and reputation are key if you want to be successful; not just doing business with anyone that can make you a buck.
