I will only post this once in this or any related material thread.

We may choose to do business with, or to decline to do business with whomever we want, just as any other company. We declined this business for a variety of reasons, most of which are the subject of future litigation and as a consequence I am unable to comment fully.

What I will say is that: (1) the model release was altered and did not allow for publication of the photos beyond the one swimsuit calendar that Lesley posed for; (2) the ads and banners and search engine promotions are not truthful or accurate, as Lesley has NEVER posed nude and does not appear in any adult related material whatsoever, therefore the client promotes sites that do not deliver the promised content. This violates FCC regulations and our internal policies; (3) Lesley is a valued, trusted and professional member of our Team at ePassporte, plus one of my closest friends, so I am personally offended that her images are being used and promoting her as a ?porn star?. I obviously have no problem with Adult content or sites, but when a woman is NOT content and her images are being stolen and misrepresented, and it affects her career and personal life, then I get bent out of shape. Any of you would have reacted the same, I hope, if your friends were being treated in this way.

The bottom line is that I won?t do business with this company or this individual. It is my choice and not one that implies anything to this Industry, to which I have been and will continue to be an ardent supporter and actively involved.

Lastly, Lesley is going to file a lawsuit to have these lies and misrepresentations corrected as she has been and continues to be damaged. I will support her efforts in that regard in any way she wishes. This could all be avoided if the images were removed, which is what we asked the company to do, at Lesley?s request. They chose to leave them up, to continue damaging her and then the account was declined. End of story.

Once again, no one from ePassporte will post further, no matter how much we are baited or threatened or taunted in this or any other forum. Actually I am not even going to return to this thread to avoid wasting time and energy. This is a legal matter going forward. Hopefully this is understandable to all of our valued clients. If not, I?m sorry that I can?t explain our position any further.

Sounds like the CEO is boning her and she pull'd a red card on it.

Poor decision.
