Can we get some programmers onto making some live converters? So we can save on space by allowing the surfers to click "convert to psp" or "convert to ipod now" right next to the "download full video" links...
Just a suggestion, but Steve is right about the members retaining more if we eliminate the task of converting the files themselves. And as he said, the converters are generally small and easy to use, so making a simple PHP module for apache wouldn't be that hard... look where imagemagick and the GD mod got us ;)
