Why do you assume so much? So what if the content was shot for stock content? If the model releases are standard versions, who cares where the images appear? If you are talking of professional models - that is the biz they are in and getting paid for it. They are not in the biz of making "rules" to suit their finer sensibilites after having done work and signed a contract.
