Downloading content over a cell phone is a big waste of time... Most phones in the US can only download at 14 to 19K a second... It'd take eons to get a movie long enough to jack off to.
I think you have the right idea. But I'd make an upgraded members area for a very low price. Like $2.99 a month and it'd have all this shit ready to download. Even have a polling area were the consumer can request which videos you do next. Now you have a surfer who is feeling like a part of your team and those are typically the ones that stick around the longest. Not to mention they are getting exactly what they are asking for.
