Unless there was anything more than the standard terms of any model release, there is no reason for objecting to image use. A model is paid a fee and shot on the basis of a model release - no other criteria. It is not a personal issue or that or descretion - it's a legal contract.
Whether or not the employees of ePassporte are or were models, is totally irrelevant to opening accounts. The email content published on this thread is too absurd for comment and further confirmation to avoid any dealings with this company.
