offer them as a good host this proggy! and tell them now u can CONVERT whatever content YOU want to any format YOU want ON YOUR OWN, isnt it smarter/cheaper then just having same content online in gazillion formats?

You could just let them decide, however, then what is the point really? They can do it on their own. There is no incentive.
