I say just ad it to your site. I'm really not sure what kind of additional costs will be associated with these files, but I don't think anyone would really want to pay twice for the same content. Maybe it would just be something to help retention if anything (not that I think it really would with the current state of portable technology, but that is for another discussion) Based on the quality of the content and the current demand, I don't think it would be to difficult or expensive to start putting it out there. See how it does. See if anyone even downloads it. Not like you have to have every single piece of content ready to go psp/ipod.
I think you should also look at age demographics here. Look at the age of your members, the age of the average ipod user, the age of the psp user and sit back for a minute. I think that most people who would want porn on their psp probably wouldn't pay for porn in the first place. I'm a pretty tech savy kid and I wouldnt dream of paying for porn simply because I know where to find it for free. I have a lot of friends who ask me who the hell pays for porn when you can get it all for free. Those same people have ipods and psp's. they show off naked clips to friends at parties and school and they get a quick laugh. thats about it.
The only place I see ipod/psp porn taking off is in the asian market, and for obvious reason.
