Well for one, you dont mastermind this type of action in a matter of weeks, second it's not about him alone. Third and final issue is there would be way too many people to keep quiet. Its why they fix boxing instead of basketball. This is a dead horse that will do nothing but turn to a flame war which is rather boring, so you guys can discuss amongst yourselves, but No I dont think the government sent this whole 9/11 into action themselves to go after Iraq.
