Na, nats linking codes care less about the domain, paysites would kill the SE's if that was the case. Some programs have it setup right, but not nats.
Linking codes aren't
www.domain.com they are in.domain.com that goes through a redirect to the domain, which also opens a var up so it's a unique listing. Its every webmaster for himself when you use NATS.
