I know when I took over the recruiting from business partner who was bringing me a bunch of easy, or trashy strippers for my 'girl next door theme' I was having a hard time too at first. I basically changed my method of recruiting, and now have picked up a lot of nice amateurs. Now I am not saying these girls are a-list jordan capri's or raven rileys, but they are better than what we were getting, and memeberships shot to the moon.
When I first started doing it for a month or so, all I would find are the desperados, and most of them were YUCK. So I passed, determined to find some nice one's. Eventually it paid off.
For me looking at your find, regardless of hardcore, I can't see paying her much more than $100-200. For me it's always about ROI. I do not know if she would get me my money back in 30 days.

Well anytime I start to talk about the French porn industry or doing any business in France I get attacked for being intolerant. Lets just say I base my opinions upon my experiences and leave it at that.

The only thing I am going to say is that we are friends with Rebecca Lord and Liza Harper. And we have discussed at great lengths the French Porn Industry, French bureacracy and "True" cultural attitudes they have toward sex.
There are good reasons that Rebecca Lord now lives in Barcelona and Liza is in L.A.
When you also consider that
1) Melisa Lauren, Manuel Ferrara, Katsumi and Jochim all either visit the United States or have moved to Los Angeles.
2) the Euro to the US dollar....
3) These performers had to learn a new language, jump through immigration hoops and move to a place where they don't know anyone.
(And accept 240 different types of fast food cheeseburger instead of 240 types of cheese and wines)
Well....
I guess I don't have to paint anyone a picture and everyone is free to make their own conclusions.
As for me and my company.
We make periodic trips to the Czech, Poland, Russia, etc.
(I'm only asking about the model because I've got an itchy trigger finger and want to film... If I can get her cheap enough I'll stick her in a granny freak video)
