I can't believe I am answering this- what am I Dr. Drew?
The fluid you see is the same fluid that lubricates; techinically it's cervical and vaginal fluids produced by the body during arousal, (and birth- to help push the baby through). Some women produce a lot of this fluid- most don't- which is why lube companies do so well. When a woman has an orgasm the contraction of her vaginal walls, combined with a concerted effort to flex (we've all seen the ping-pong trick) can create a "squirt". What? Do you really think the wet spot is all man-made? Roughly a teaspoon to two tablespoons can be produced- just like men. I personally think the fountains are fakes.
Yours,
Dr. Danielle
