I've spent the last 3 years building up a 1500 strong-domain portfolio and make good $$$ monthly just from PPC. The market is growing strong and prices are as high as i can remember. There will probably be a levelling-off effect at some point but if you look at sales over the past 24 months they are still climbing and climbing fast.
If you have no spare cash to invest in domains then don't. I see domains and PPC very much like buying property and renting it out. Your domain value always increases. Sometimes large increases and sometimes small. The rent keeps you going :-)
This is time for investment in domains. Not sure how long it will last. That's anybody's guess. If you have some good domain names and don't need to sell them on then you cannot lose.
