He sold me Niceguysporn.com, which runs on two scripts, TGP Brownie and SmartCJ. Turns out he obtained both scripts on a "free look" basis and never paid for them, and I had to pay.

I suspect he did something to pump up the traffic statistics too, as traffic dramatically dropped by 60% soon after I bought the site.
