They offer advertising space similar to the MillionDollarHomePage but allow adult sites (as long as your advert isn't too offensive). You can even have an animated advert.
The great thing is that you could end up getting your advert for free - by becomming a referrer. As a referrer you earn 25% of any adverts that are bought from your referrals.
And it is not a scam because I just made my first $225 for selling a 30x30 pixels advert to a friend.
