Well in this case it wasn't 'embryonic' stem cells. It was a technique where they used his own blood to create stem cells. Quite a major step in medicine.
If the same technique can rejuvinate heart cell tissue, theoretically it can do the same for all tissues including brain, pancreas, lung etc.
It would be amazing if it could do the same for skin tissue thus eradicating skin aging and deteriorization.
