Again it all comes down to 1 thing.

It doesn't matter if it is a dictatorship, communist regime or a democracy. All goverment essentially comes down to being rule by the wealthy and powerful.

But I'm hoping that the new Bolivian President, Morales, is different. It's the first time an actual "commoner" has been elected. And it has created a ton of international interest amongst world leaders.
