That's very true sometimes.
Member's like to feel as though they're getting a 'peek behind the curtain', to be invited backstage like a groupie after a concert. Its a concept that's quite underestimated by those who don't know how to manipulate their surfer's need to belong to something larger than their own drab, dreary lives.
