I wonder if the decision-maker of the porn filter policy is some guy with a nagging wife who is ugly and way overweight; or some female official with self-esteem and emotional issues related to her looks, or her guy's 3-incher (on a "good" day).

Tue true and if they could wack off at their own leisure, there may be a few less friendly fire incidents as the guys don?t have to worry about the only available female bag emptier in the ranks.
