you're right about the so much crap installed. took me about a day to just uninstall & re-configure shit on here. they had everything from 50 "sample" mp3's to AOL crap.  winxp was installed when i got it. |

i had a problem with my new fujitsu siemens laptop too. the wxga display showed a slim white line on the left side of the screen.
but siemes had a driver from the postal office coming to me and he brought it to them and 5days later i got it again. This is a pretty nice service allthough it sucks being without your laptop for 5 days
