The laws have started to change recently. I know the streetsweepers and bullpup shotguns are still no-no's, but you may be able to pick that one up without a special class 3. I know it is still an NFA so you would have to pay the tax, register it with the ATF, and fill out a form 4 before they would even consider it. Check here for more info
