Boil, or optimumly steam the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken breasts in a mix of rice wine and light sauce. Leave for as long as possible in fridge or freezer until chilled.
Steam chinese cabbage and tomatoes lightly, place in the same marinade.
Serve together on hot jasmine rice.
