Yes, Asus is nice. I had used their MOBO's in past 3 computers I built over past 5-6 years. The most recent one, I made a change to DFI and picked up their LanParty. Not too shabby. Although it's mainly (from reviews) used for gamers, and people who love to overclock.
I generally do not overclock my machines, even though all of them have good multiple, or dual fans in the casing. I haven't had time to game on it, but the MOBO, and Athlon 64 chip are blazing compared to other machines I work on.
I can't say much for their support. I had a problem in the beginning, and they will not talk to you until you until you had over a certain wattage PS. Some of their MOBO's require a bigger supply than comes in your case.
What I love most although not a problem for me because I have multiple PC's is when you are having a problem, you refer to a manual, and they tell you to go check online. I can only imagine the annoyance for someone with only ONE pc.
