Thanks Webby & kenny, <!--#include virtual="../sloth_toplist/top15.html"--> did the trick for the .html include; however for some reason an include file statement calling a php file (for a tradescript) isn't responding the same way;

on the root url this works: <!--#include file="sloth_in.php" -->
however I'm running into the same problem being in a subdomain as with the toplist example above. I've tried:
<!--#include file="sloth_in.php" -->
<!--#include file="../sloth_in.php" -->
<!--#include file='../sloth_in.php' -->
<!--#include file="http://www.nudebabepic.com/sloth_in.php" -->

without any luck so far. any ideas for this one (it's the last one, I swear lol)?
