what am I doing wrong with this SSI?

I'm trying to get a toplist to display on this page http://www.nudebabepic.com/owngalleries/

and keep getting the message [an error occurred while processing this directive]

the page is a .shtml extension and I've used the include statements in the form of both:
<!--#include virtual='/home/nudepic/public_html/sloth_toplist/top15.html' -->
and
<!--#include virtual='http://www.nudebabepic.com/sloth_toplist/top15.html' -->

in an attempt to include this page http://www.nudebabepic.com/sloth_toplist/top15.html
but both statements are generating this same error on the page. I've used variations of the path statements above on php pages with success, however they don't seem to work on this shtml page for some reason. BTW, the includes do work on the page at the root url, it's just where this page is in the subdirectory and it's trying to reach a different subdirectory where it's getting this error.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong here?
