Looks like the govermnent is getting jealous of the cash that the legal porn industry has been making lately and now wants to slap on a tax so they can get a bigger cut. As to the revenue being spent to reduce CP, yeah fucking right! They're gonna use it to continue to buy off the people they need in order to stay in their cushy government jobs!
If the government really gave a damn about kids, it would spend more cash on social programs!
