i was just saying that i took that photo ... i am saying that i do not remember EVER giving those guys a license to use it. I am 100% that she never signed a model release for anything. so i dont see how they could have.
not really a problem for me... i dont care. but it may be an issue for someone who wants to buy a website full of content.
