They charged me on one card before I arrived for 5 nights (as requested), then they fucked me and charged me again when I'd left, even after I was assured on checkout that they would not.
I got hit for a pissload of minibar that did not get used (MUST have been someone elses), and before anyone says anything YES, I did know about the lift and charge shit... was not in the game !!!
I also got hit for a bunch of room service that was not mine. I do NOT order fruit platters and champagne at 5am. I order BURGERS !!!! Although it would have been nice to have the sort of company with me that dictated such an order - twice !!!!
They fucked me around with packages and just sent me an email ysterday to say my Kava arrived on December 29th !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
