well, the idea is nice, but truth is it takes a LOT longer than 7 days to get your body into a healthy nutrition and fitness state...

more like 6 months to a year.

it's a lifestyle thing, and many of the so-called "foods" you take for granted now you will not want after your body adjusts---but it takes time.

right now a snickers bar might taste pretty good---after 6 months of eating 100% nutritious calories eating a snickers bar will make you a little bit sick.

in a commercial society "food" is created by manufacturers to sell, to turn a profit---nutrition is not the main criteria, profit is---and that means shelf life and palatability. we are a generation of fatties, doomed to early disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and limited physical ability...go to the mall and watch them waddle---mentally count how many chicks are even fuckable---for me it is 1 in a hundred...it is pitiful in america now.

no one is in charge of your personal health and fitness but YOU---and as soon as you come to that realization you can begin to get very healthy.

lots of info online. make your health your hobby. it ain't easy, and it must include 30 mins of exercise each day also.

and you will be light on your feet, look good, make more money, and bang more beaver.
